Product Details

The Oval Birthstone Family Tree is made of an american walnut plaque and a jewelers bronze or silver nickel plated engraved plate. The base price of the standard size tree is $159.95 and for the large tree its $209.95. The additional per person cost of $15 includes the name, birth date, and birthstone. If you have a large family, you can send in a list of your family members grouped by family, and we will arrange them around the tree for you.

Instructions for ordering ONLINE:
Fill in the fields below with the names and birth dates of your family members, including explanations for unusual situations in the special instructions section. The parents' or grandparents' names will go in the center heart of the Tree. The family surname will be in the root, the title of the occasion at the top, and the date of occasion or wedding date under the Tree. Family units are grouped together. Do the best you can and questions will be resolved in the proofing process.

When we receive your e-mailed order, we will e-mail or fax a proof back to you promptly. From the time we receive an OK to proceed, you may expect your beautifully packaged, exquisite Family Birthstone Tree in a week to ten days, depending on destination. It will be beautiful---guaranteed!
