1) Will the Silver Roses tarnish?
YES AND NO! The All Silver Rose will eventually tarnish. They are treated with a tarnish preventative but we recommend Hagerty's silver polish to restore them. However, our acrylic covered Silver Red Roses (and other colors) with silver accents WILL NOT TARNISH. If tarnishing is a concern then this is the rose we would recommend.

2) How long does it take to ship within the USA?
Ground shipping via UPS normally takes 4-5 days. Also available is 2 day, 3 day, and express overnite shipping. Those are week days as UPS does not deliver on the weekends. A package ordered late Wednesday or early Thursday which would be shipped Thursday that needs to arrive for the weekend must be shipped overnite express for Friday delivery as 2 day shipping will get it there on Monday. The shipping charges are the same for one item or a dozen, so it is a real bargain to order more than one item at a time.

3) Do you give a military discount?
For our friends in the military, we will rebate the ground shipping charge to Continental USA and all APO/FPO addresses

4) Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, frequently. Shipping outside the USA is with Global Express for most items. It normally takes 5-10 business days, however customs in the delivery country may delay the shipment due to international security issues. That is out of our control, so patience is required.

5) Are the Roses Real?
Yes all our roses are real.

6) Are the roses gift wrapped?
Yes, all of our gifts are beautifully presented in a gift box. The shipping carton is a plain brown corregated box.

7) Will the roses break?
Anything can break, but these roses will sustain any normal activity.

8) What if I do not like what I receive?
Return it for exchange or refund less the cost of shipping. It may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom imprinted roses or any other engraved products are not returnable.

9) How long have you been in business?

We are jewelry designers that love to create custom designs.

Your information is your business not anyone elses. We will not sell, give, or rent any data to anyone. This is a secure site.
