For 30 years author/songwriter Sid Fey has intensely studied brain functions & their impact on the language we use (how we think & speak)

The question was "Is our language connected to our attitudes & behaviors" What is hope? Does Joy just appear? What has us be inspired? What gives us purpose? Is all that reactionary or can it be generated. Do we speak love into existence or does it just happen as if by magic. The elements of how we live our lives is called our "Way of Being". It seems different for all of us. Is it possible to create a way of being that suits our values & the way we would like to BE in life in our relationships and pursuits of a career. Is it possible that what we say & think can actually generate our ways of being.

The mythical magical Sophia the Snowflake was born and she gave her friend Hammy a magical RED nose to fully express his natural way of being. Hammy just loves everyone.

His way of being is to be supportive, kind, loving & inspirational. He doesn't speak much, He doesn't preach at all. If you squeeze his nose he will say "I Love You". He can always be there for you quietly so you know you are not alone. He has a special affinity for Pediatric patients & their families dealing with cancer & other life challenging issues.

Hammy knows that children have dreams. They dream of what they can become, what their future life will look like. When faced with serious life challenges like cancer their wonderful dreams tend to fade away as they face survival. Their internal language shifts This will impact them for the rest of their lives. Hammy wishes to intervene with them in a soft comforting way to give them their hope & show them they are not alone, that they are loved & can survive, be strong again, and look forward to that wonderful dream they may have lost. He will share his red nose if you ask. It can bring a smile which can be the start of a miracle. Hammy knows he cannot heal anybody or anything. That is what the skilled dedicated doctors & nurses will do. Hammy can bring love, hope & inspiration by his presence and help restore the lost dreams all children have.

Hammy has a wife "Honey" who he relies on for support & a multitude of little Hammy kids who are all named "Hero". He takes on real issues facing the planet like cleaning the rivers & the oceans, & is concerned with saving the forests by empowering his friends Daisy the Dolphin, Bucky the Beaver, & Larry the Lumber jack. He gives them all red noses to help them accomplish their life dreams. Their new ways of being.

Hammy speaks into the silence of major issues facing the planet and becomes his own kind of Hero. Someone quite ordinary doing not so ordinary things.

It starts by him saying "I love you" in his little squeaky voice. Words do matter in formulating our lives.

Hammy wants all children to have a chance to BE who they wish, dream, & pray to BE. Hammy does not want children's dreams to fade away.
