Q. Will the Silver Roses tarnish?

A. YES AND NO! The Silver Dipped Rose will eventually tarnish. They are treated with a tarnish preventative but we recommend Hagerty's silver polish to restore them. However, our 11" lacquer dipped Silver Roses WILL NOT TARNISH. If tarnishing is a concern then this is the rose we would recommend.

Q. How long does it take to ship within the USA?

A. Ground shipping via UPS takes 1-5 days depending on your location. Also available is 2 Day, 3 Day, and Next Day Air shipping if time is of the essence. Those are week days as UPS does not deliver on the weekends. A package ordered late Wednesday or early Thursday, which would be shipped Thursday, that needs to arrive for the weekend must be shipped Next Day Air for Friday delivery as 2 Day shipping will get it there on Monday. The shipping charges are the same for one item or a dozen, so it is a real bargain to order more than one item at a time.

Q. Do you give a military discount?

A. For our friends in the military, we will give a $10 refund on the shipping charge. This makes ground shipping only $6.95 to Continental USA addresses, and APO/FPO addresses.

Q. Do you have any coupon codes or other discounts?

A. Yes, we have several coupon codes, a couple of which you may find hiding on our site or our Facebook page. Others are given when you place an order on our website. Keep in mind, YOU CAN ONLY USE 1 COUPON CODE OR DISCOUNT PER ORDER. This includes the military shipping rebate. So, for instance, if you are in the military and you happen to use one of our other coupon codes, only the code entered during the checkout process will be honored.

Q. Do you ship outside the USA?

A. No, we no longer ship internationally.

Q. Are the Roses Real?

A. Yes all our roses are real.

Q. Are the roses gift wrapped?

A. Yes, all of our gifts are beautifully presented in a gift box. The shipping carton is a plain brown corrugated box.

Q. Will the roses break?

A. Anything can break, but these roses will sustain any normal display or activity.

Q. What if I do not like what I receive?

A. Return it for exchange or refund less the cost of shipping. It may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Personalized roses or any other engraved gifts are not returnable.

Q. Do you create custom personalized gifts?

A. We love to create custom personalized gifts that are not already offered on our site.

Q. Can you replicate embossed designs for engraved wedding invitation gifts?

A. The embossed designs on wedding invitations are hard to replicate and it only works about half the time. We can't guarantee it will show up but a white color plate will be required. We usually communicate with customers on a case by case basis and let them know if it will show up or not.

Q. Do you create custom personalized photo gifts?

A. Yes we can! We do recommend that you do your best to provide a high quality photos. The reproduction of the photo on a plate or charm will only be a good as the photo provided.
