I’m super excited to give this to my mother for her 80th birthday

I ordered a golden family tree for my parents’ 50 wedding anniversary. I found an ad for it online about 5 days before the date. Knowing it was short notice I decided to order anyway knowing it would probably arrive after. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from Syd, who indicated it was short notice but would try to do everything he could to get the tree and 10 inscribed hearts done and shipped. We received it the day before a planned dinner with my family who traveled from 500 miles away. He was friendly on the phone and overly accommodating. I am highly appreciative of his efforts and would highly recommend his services and products. The tree had excellent craftsmanship and my mom loved it. The product was money well spent.

My purchase was lost by UPS and was discovered the day before it was needed for a birthday gift. The owner Mr. Fey, had another exact replicate of the original rose prepared and shipped out that same day by overnight UPS at HIS expense ($65) in order that I get my gift as promised. And if that wasn't enough, the gentleman who did the engraving on the rose was sick and needed to be hospitalized yet he would not leave until my job was done! If all that isn't above and beyond customer service, I don't know what is! Beautiful gift and beyond excellent PERSONAL customer service.

The Silver Trimmed 11" Dark Blue Rose was purchased for my wife for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Although there was an issue with the order at first, but it was totally resolved by their Service Representative Joey who went above and beyond to ensure the order would arrive in time to be taken on our 10th Anniversary cruise! It was delivered on time, survived flight luggage packing, cruise stateroom delivery and then when unpacked, it was in perfect condition and exquisitely beautiful to behold! Our children gave us the family tree for our 50th wedding anniversary last December, and we have just been able to hang it up in our home. I purchased an "I love you rose" along with a charm and crystal heart vase. When I received my order I was impressed the quality, however, I noticed the rose didn't say "I love you". I immediately called the company and explained I received the wrong rose. The person I spoke with was courteous and apologetic and said the correct rose would be sent out immediately (with a return label for the one I had received). Within a couple of days I received the correct rose. I was surprised it arrived as soon as it did..as our 25th anniversary was 4/28/23. The box is nice and the rose is impressive but my only gripe is the color of its inside. The rose is on a black silky looking material that seems like something from a funeral. I would have like, as does she, that the material was red, purple, blue even yellow as opposed to the black. It just seems rather morbid. The case with that inner color seems to suggest a coffin??? But besides this, it's a very attractive gift.

I ordered this rose to for my wife. I accidentally used the wrong address and I quickly e-mailed them to see if they could change it. They quickly responded and took care of it. I was expecting the processing time of the order to take at least a week since it was a custom request, and it shipped a day later. I received the item in about 3 days from the time I ordered it. In this Amazon world we're in, it was awesome that I could receive something so nice in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend to others!

My husband gives my daughter a gold dipped rose every year on Valentine's Day. He wanted to hand her one at their Father/ Daughter dance at her wedding and one of the bridesmaids colors was olive green. Found this rose in olive green and it is gorgeous. The color was perfect and it came very quickly. The only thing I didn't like was the color green they choose for underneath the petals of the rose. A softer green color would have been nicer instead of the bright colored green but fortunately you do not see it when it is in a vase. I highly recommend this rose. It is beautiful!!!

The roses were delivered very quickly and they are beautiful. The pictures do not capture the delicate details. My friends who are celebrating their 50th will be so pleased! They come in very nice packaging too.

I immediately called the young man back and he was able to take care of changing my order on the phone with no problems. I received an email confirming my order with paid receipt and date on 01/06/2022, another email was sent on 01/07/2022 that my order will be shipped by UPS, and the last email was sent saying my order was delivered on 01/12/2022 (which was 13 days earlier than the date I needed it to arrive). I opened the box and everything was perfect! I could not get over how beautiful the roses looked out of the box. We ordered a 24k gold trimmed rose and a heart shaped vase for the rose for our 50th Wedding anniversary. We live in the UK our anniversary is on the 19th November it arrived it good time. I was skeptical at first because I had found the website doing a google search. I was VERY worried that it was a Chinese company and that it would take forever to get the gift and the quality would be bad. Was I ever wrong!!! The tree is beautiful/excellent quality, and the heart attachments that had to all be engraved were beautiful quality too. It was very nicely packaged. There were some doubtful thought when I wanted to order the 2 silver roses. My first doubt is about my pickiness. I wanted to customise my order with a lot of things, such as changing the colour of the heart, aligning the text in a certain way and so on. Then, my second doubt is about the thickness of this rose. I have seen silver roses from other vendor which were so thin to the point where if you nudge it, the rose petal or the silver material would fall off from the rose. After some talks, I decided to buy it. To my surprise, Sid, the seller, was so kind and patient with me. There were a lot of things in my request and we had some email exchange to make sure that my order was correct the way I wanted it. And when the rose finally arrived, it was all perfect. The customisation was exactly the way I wanted it and the quality of the rose is perfect. It had the perfect thickness where it is thick enough to be really strong, but not too thick to the point where it looks stubby. All in all I am really satisfied. I am looking forward to buying more things from Love Is A Rose since I know that their quality in customer service and their product is super good, might I say one of the best. I am over the moon with the roses that I got for my parents. Additional note: I was a little bit worried that it would take a long time for the roses to arrive, but to my surprise, a day after my order, the roses were shipped. Two weeks later the roses arrives. For context, the roses are shipped to Indonesia from the US. One more thing, the roses looks 10 more times prettier in person than on the web.
